Mission statement
In managing the assets entrusted to them, asset managers act as trustees of their investors. In accordance with this mission statement, they also represent the interests of fund investors as active shareholders vis-à-vis the companies in the securities of which the funds invest. With this in mind, the fund industry is committed, among other things, to shareholder rights and good corporate governance.
